Refund policy

Returns:

- You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To request a return, contact us at support@maestrocraft.co.uk with your order number.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you the return label via email. You can then drop the package off at your local post office or courier drop-off point.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Return Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges:

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
